The stay here was real good for three nights. The location was central, just off the Dunedin as well as town center and bus terminal. Also, it was a minute walk from Robert Dundas that was our destination.

The location was comfortable and perfect, to the Alverne restaurant, convenient to go everywhere. The attentive and very very helpful staff provided all the necessary info. The food was nice with a huge variety of choice!

Stayed for 3 days and didn't want to say goodbye, I would love to come back here some time. As for me, rooms were great-sized, they offered an electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware. Takeaway breakfast was varied and hot.

The hotel was a holiday base for enjoying a pretty quiet area, so close to Penzance for a wedding and the harbour or local shops. I enjoyed functional room with bathroom attached and the staff were amiable. It was a really really nice stay for three nights, would recomand this place.
